Goal: Keep the learner calm, confident and consistent.
- Let the learner speak for themselves when booking or discussing goals.
- Use one coach at a time: avoid conflicting instructions.
- Practise the plan: ask the learner what today’s focus is (e.g. roundabouts / mirrors & merging) and keep feedback specific.
- Normalize nerves: praise small wins; keep drives short and frequent.
- Safety first: no extra passengers during lessons; follow our Policies for changes/cancellations.
